At the beginning of today's episode of Dil, we see the baby's naming ceremony in progress. Abira says in a shaky voice, "I will stay here." Ruhi shouts in a loud voice and tells her to move away. Tears well up in Abira's eyes. Armaan tries to calm her down. Panditji asks the baby's parents' names. Ruhi firmly replies, "Ruhi and Rohit Poddar." Abir follows the ritual of the ceremony. But Abira can't control herself—her eyes blur, and she falls to the ground before saying anything.
Armaan immediately reaches her. Abir shouts in a corner of the room, "Abir!" and grabs her. There is a commotion all around. Abir bursts into anger and pushes Armaan away, saying, "How dare you come near my sister?" At that moment, Manish roars like a lion, "Stay away from my daughter! If I see you here again, I will not spare you."
Ruhi stops Rohit and says, "It's all drama, believe me. Abira is doing this so that we will return the child to her." Rohit is also confused. However, Abir tries to wake Abira by sprinkling water on her. She stands up and picks Abira up in her arms.
Armaan pleads, "Please let me stay, next to Abira." But the Goenka family all together says, "No. Stay away from us too." Swarna clearly tells him, "You have no place here." Goenka leaves the house, but Armaan wants to run after Abira. Dadi stops him, and slaps him hard.
Ruhi suddenly shouts, "Abira has kidnapped Daksh!" She makes the situation even more heated. Meanwhile, Dadi scolds Armaan in a stern voice, saying, "Did you think that your lies would remain a secret forever? You are playing with the love of two mothers!"
Armaan breaks down. With tears in her eyes, she says, "I have lost everything, Daksh, Abira too. How can I survive now?" Vidya tries to calm her down, hugs her and says, "Strengthen yourself." But Ruhi is still seething with anger. Even though Rohit tries to stand by her, Ruhi scolds her and stops her.
Vidya admits her son's mistake, but says, "He became weak and made a mistake, but he is being punished. We cannot let him break down now." Ruhi still blames him. "Why should I do this just because I was given an inheritance! I am fighting for my child. I cannot be a mother who is a liar and an actor like Abira!"
Meanwhile, Abira's condition starts to deteriorate. Swarna gives her water, and everyone's question is - what is going on in this family? Abir is conflicted inside. "Ruhi said, Abira knew the truth. But can I believe it?"
On the other hand, Armaan does not give up his position at all. He comes to see Daksh. When Ruhi tries to stop her, Vidya tries to convince her in a soft voice. But Ruhi refuses to listen. She makes Vidya swear, "I will never let Abira go to Daksh." Vidya's eyes fill with tears. She is completely broken, torn between her son's mistake on one side and Ruhi's harshness on the other.
Finally, Dadi says, "You are being blinded by your own anger, Ruhi. Be aware while you still have time. One day you yourself will be forced to take Daksh to Abira. But pray that it is not too late."
