At the beginning of today's Vasudha serial, Chandrika promises Guruji that she is ready to perform any difficult vow, if it brings good luck to her family. Then Vasudha brings a glass of milk and fruits and places them on the table. But Guruji makes it clear that he will not touch any food in the house before the vow is over. He tells Chandrika that to observe this vow, not even a drop of water can be consumed and she will have to go to the temple and perform the puja. Vasudha leaves silently after hearing this conversation. Guruji again emphasizes that observing this vow is very important for the welfare of the family. Chandrika firmly says that she will fulfill this vow and protect her family.

On the other hand, Karishma and Avinash stand outside and try to understand the events inside with their restlessness. Sarika then tells Karishma that Chandrika sometimes keeps some things to herself. But Karishma proudly replies that she is Chandrika's daughter-in-law, not an outsider. After some time, Chandrika comes home. Avinash advises Karishma to ask Chandrika directly. When the palace is given, Chandrika refuses and says that she has taken a vow.
